Le projet DCRL (Digital Citizenship: Rights and Limits) est une initiative Erasmus+ qui réunit quatre écoles européennes : le Lycée Saint Paul (France), Malakoff videregående skole (Norvège), SUGS Gimnazija Orce Nikolov (Macédoine du Nord) et Liceo Classico e Linguistico Immanuel Kant (Italie). Ce projet vise à promouvoir une citoyenneté numérique responsable en explorant les thèmes de la littératie numérique, des compétences numériques, de la sobriété numérique et de l’éthique numérique.

Sur une durée de deux ans (2024-2026), le projet mobilisera 100 élèves par an (âgés de 15 à 19 ans) et 20 enseignants, en favorisant des approches pédagogiques inclusives et écologiques. Chaque partenaire sera responsable d’un thème spécifique et collaborera pour créer des ressources éducatives innovantes, dont un jeu de société interactif en anglais, conçu comme outil de sensibilisation et d’apprentissage.

Les activités incluent des ateliers, des tests de langue, des enquêtes sur l’utilisation du numérique, et des calculs de l’empreinte carbone pour intégrer une dimension environnementale. Les productions seront partagées sous licence libre (CC-BY-NC) et accessibles via une plateforme en ligne dédiée.

En plus de développer des compétences numériques et éthiques, le projet vise à encourager l’inclusion, l’interculturalité et la coopération européenne. En impliquant des élèves de divers horizons sociaux et scolaires, il contribue à réduire les inégalités numériques et à renforcer une citoyenneté européenne partagée.
