The DCRL project (Digital Citizenship: Rights and Limits) is an Erasmus+ initiative that brings together four European schools: Lycée Saint Paul (France), Malakoff videregående skole (Norway), SUGS Gimnazija Orce Nikolov (North Macedonia), and Liceo Classico e Linguistico Immanuel Kant (Italy). This project aims to promote responsible digital citizenship by exploring the themes of digital literacy, digital skills, digital sobriety, and digital ethics.

Over the course of two years (2024-2026), the project will involve 100 students per year (ages 15 to 19) and 20 teachers, promoting inclusive and eco-friendly pedagogical approaches. Each partner will be responsible for a specific theme and collaborate to create innovative educational resources, including an interactive board game in English, designed as a tool for awareness and learning.

The activities include workshops, language tests, surveys on digital usage, and carbon footprint calculations to integrate an environmental dimension. The outcomes will be shared under a free license (CC-BY-NC) and accessible via a dedicated online platform.

In addition to developing digital and ethical skills, the project aims to encourage inclusion, interculturality, and European cooperation. By involving students from diverse social and educational backgrounds, it contributes to reducing digital inequalities and strengthening shared European citizenship.
